Job Summary

Latitude 33 is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing team in either our Los Angeles or San Diego office.

The ideal candidate will have strong land development experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning and entitlement through construction. This role is responsible for overseeing project teams, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with clients and agencies, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

 Responsibilities
• Manage civil engineering land development projects from planning and entitlement through construction.
• Oversee civil engineering designs, plans, reports, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, proposals, invoices, and change orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Attend project meetings, agency meetings, and client presentations.
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
• Assist with business development and client relationship management efforts.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and project objectives.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Current California Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of civil engineering and land development experience preferred.
• Previous project management experience required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, civic, commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
