We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead projects from feasibility through design, permitting and construction support. In this role, you will be a key contributor, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team on site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Lead civil design, permitting, and construction administration for diverse market sectors.


• Prepare public improvement, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.


• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and technical studies.


• Collaborate with structural, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical teams on complex projects.


• Write project scopes and proposals while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Required).


• Licensing: EIT required; P.E. License strongly preferred.


• Experience: 5-10 years in site development and civil


• Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil


• Soft Skills: Ability to solve problems critically and communicate effectively with

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:

• Approximate Base Salary: $87k-125k based on experience.


• Straight Pay for Overtime: Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
