We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead projects from feasibility through design, permitting and construction support. In this role, you will be a key contributor, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team on site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Lead civil design, permitting, and construction administration for diverse market sectors.
Prepare public improvement, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and technical studies.
Collaborate with structural, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical teams on complex projects.
Write project scopes and proposals while mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications:
Education: BS. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Required).
Licensing: EIT required; P.E. License strongly preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years in site development and civil
Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil
Soft Skills: Ability to solve problems critically and communicate effectively with

Approximate Base Salary: $87k-125k based on experience.
Straight Pay for Overtime: Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
